Give yourself a little breathing room this holiday season. Eligible members can skip a qualifying loan payment — here's everything you need to know.
Requirements
To take advantage of the Holiday Skip-a-Payment program, your loan must meet all of the following requirements:
Loan must have been originated prior to September 1, 2026
The last two consecutive monthly payments must have been made on time
A $20 fee per loan is required and must be paid before the payment is skipped
