COVID-19 UPDATE

As our community prepares to feel the impact of the Corona Virus (COVID-19), we want to ensure our members that we are taking extra steps to keep our office clean and sanitized. There are no plans of closing our office at this time. However, we want to remind everyone that you can perform a variety of transactions online, and with our mobile app. For the safety of our staff and other members we will only be allowing 2 members in at a time. You can call and setup an appointment with us as well. We do ask if we can help you with something over the phone to please call first. We do appreciate everyone’s cooperation in this matter!

 

NEW MOBILE APP AVAILABLE IN GOOGLE PLAY STORE AND APPLE STORE

**You must already be signed up for online banking to have mobile app capabilities. Please contact credit union staff if you need assistance.

 

EMV Chip debit cards are now available

New Chip Debit Cards are now available. A new card will be issued to you based on the month only of your current card expiration. However, if you would like to go ahead and convert to a new chip card please contact one of our staff and they will be happy to get one ordered for you.

 Have you updated your account?

If you have had any changes in address, email address, telephone number, marital status, or beneficiaries since your account was opened, you may want to call us and verify we have your most current information. This will ensure you are receiving important information that may pertain to your account. To give you a peace of mind, simply give us a call at 903-798-3918 and we will be glad to check your account for you.

Morris Sheppard Texarkana FCU’s Annual Meeting has been postponed until further notice. We will notify all members as soon as we have decided on a new date and time.

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday from 9:00am -5:00pm.

The credit union is open during the lunch hour, however, due to our small number of staff there will be times that our office will close for lunch. If we do have to close that time will be from 11:30-12:30. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
